Questions About Stuff
Lately, I have been getting emails from people asking about something they see on this site. Please note that if you have a question, I may not have the knowledge to answer it correctly. I do try to get back to everyone, but it can be a few days before I do. If I reply that I simply do not know the answer, it is the truth.
Article Feedback
I write articles about things that I know a bit about. The content may not be totally correct, and I offer no guarantees. I greatly appreciate being contacted about anything that is wrong, so that it can be changed. Even trivial corrections such as spelling mistakes are helpful. There are enough sites on the internet with false information; I do not want this one to fall under that category.
Mailing from Excite.com
Excite.com has my server listed as a spam source. When I discovered this, I contacted their tech support and told them that it was clearly a mistake. I was given a generic reply and no action was taken. Long story short: don't bother contacting me from an excite.com address as I will not be able to respond to you.
